Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology opened in Grozny
In Grozny, the opening of the Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology took place on the basis of the Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital named after E.P. Glinka.
Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology at the Russian Children’s Clinical Hospital named after E.P. Glinka is designed for 50 beds with comfortable conditions and the possibility of long-term stay within the walls of a medical institution. The clinic is equipped with all the necessary equipment in accordance with international standards, including fully equipped special boxes for bone marrow transplantation and a small operating room.
Now, young patients with cancer from the Chechen Republic and other regions will be able to receive high-tech and highly qualified medical care at the Center.
In addition, the best specialists in the field of pediatrics, oncology and hematology from the National Medical Research Center and the Central Clinical Hospital of the Russian Academy of Sciences held an outpatient appointment at the RCCH polyclinic, where they provided counseling and medical assistance to children with oncological diseases.
Also, as part of the development of the children’s oncological service by the Ministry of Health of the Chechen Republic and the N.N. N.N. Blokhin, an agreement was signed on further cooperation and programs for the exchange of experience between Chechen doctors and leading Moscow specialists.
